From day one getting our offer to the sellers through to the date of closing. Since we live in Illinois and did most of this transaction remotely, they helped us by setting up the home and termite inspections, and provided contacts for us to get the utilities switched to our names. They even did the final walk through on the date of closing to ensure the property was in the same condition as when we saw it at the home inspection. They brought considerable local knowledge, understood my neighborhood well, and I liked their approach to how they planned to market the home. With the speed of the sale, (3 days to contract), I did not get to see all that executed, but they were able do differentiate themselves in my process of selecting an agent to work with. I also felt that they listened to my priorities and concerns and took that into account. They both have valuable experiences and skills and I would definitely use them again.

Matt and Jennifer were definitely some of the best. They were extremely helpful in showing us different areas and a variety of homes. There communication skills were outstanding and they always made time to accommodate our requests for viewing homes. They explained all aspects of our purchase procedure and guided us through all the paperwork and legalities, going out of their way to help us organize what we needed to move to a new part of the country.
